Individual Therapy | 個人心理治療

Sometimes life hits us hard. Sometimes we make mistakes, we lose important ones, we can’t be with whom we love, we become sick, we fail, we get angry, and we get hurt. Each session is a 50 minutes one-to-one time to listen to your journey and collaboratively find a way out. Courage is the power to get in touch and embrace our vulnerability and to skillfully let go of things that don’t belong to us. If you are ready, let’s work it out together.

Couple Therapy|婚姻治療

Love is hard. Many couples love differently, expect differently, and communicate differently which turns an intimate relationship into pain and wounds. No one is perfect and hence no relationship is perfect. The trick is to genuinely know and accept the imperfect of your loved one as well as the imperfect relationship in order to rebuild love on a realistic ground. In a 90 minute couple therapy session, couples will talk about their problems, their individual perspectives, and work on the problems as a teamwork under facilitation. 

相愛很難。同一份愛情承載着兩人不一樣的性格、不一樣的期望、不一樣的表達方式,很多時候把相愛的兩人漸漸變成怨敵。世上沒有完美的人,所以也沒有完美的愛情,我們可以做的是了解和接受對方的不完美,從互相理解中修補愛情。關係是兩人的共同問題,在90分鐘的情侶治療,我們會重新互相理解、聆聽對方,共同合作去治療關係中傷痛。

Family Therapy|家庭治療

Being a parent is one of the hardest thing in life while no one really taught you how to do it well. Successful parenting requires functional parental relationship, mindful understanding of and effective communication with children, and perhaps several parenting techniques. Each 50 minutes session will work on these three domains to foster a safe, trusting, and harmonious parent-child relationship. 

有人說,當家長是世上最難的工作,也是一份從來沒有人教你如何做好的工作。良好的親子關係需要家長之間的團隊合作、衷心了解自己的孩子、有效的溝通方法與及一些處理孩子問題的技巧。在50分鐘的家庭治療環節,我們會一些做到這幾點,幫助您建立一個互信互愛的親子關係。
